3 Ways to Defrost:

1. Put it in chiller the night before prepping
2. Let it defrost naturally under room temperature for 30 mins
3. Soak in water for 15 mins

Simple Cooking Instruction:

Microwave:
Microwave for about 1 min.

Boil:
Put in boiling water for about 5 mins.

Pan sear:
Pan sear the chicky bar with medium low heat for about 40 seconds for each side.
