Do you have a physical store?
Nope, we do not have a physical store at the moment. We accept orders placed through this website and will arrange delivery / pickup accordingly.
Are the products halal?
All products sold in store are Muslim-friendly. They do not contain non-halal ingredients. While we are not halal-certified yet, our chicken and ingredients are sourced from halal suppliers.
How long can I keep the frozen products?
It is best to consume the products within 3 months. Kindly store them in the freezer for a longer life span.
Where do you deliver to and how much is the delivery fee?
We cover most of the areas in Klang Valley. The delivery fee will be charged by zone.

When will the order be delivered?
Our products are made freshly, please allow us 2 – 4 working days to process the order. Strictly no urgent orders.
Our delivery schedule: Monday - Saturday. Delivery date and time is subject to our delivery partner's arrangement.
Can I pick up the order myself?
Yes, you can select 'Pickup' for the shipping method. We will inform you once the order is ready for pickup. Please allow us 2 – 3 working days to process the order. Strictly no urgent orders.
Pickup time: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm
Pickup address: No. 274, Jalan SS 9A/6, SS 9A, 47300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. (This pickup point is a residential lot)

We accept payment through credit / debit card, FPX and eWallet.
